These are non-prescription ready-to-wear sunglasses, although the lenses can be made in most prescriptions by us or at your local optical boutique for an additional charge.

Canadian Customers

Orders shipped within Canada will be sent via expedited mail, by either Ics Courier, FedEx Ground or Canada Post. Deliveries will take 1 to 7 business days upon processing. Delivery time will vary depending on location. A tracking number is provided for all Canadian orders.

Since we are based in Mississauga, ON, orders shipped within Ontario are expected to arrive earlier – usually within 1 to 4 business days.

Canadian customers will pay sales taxes applicable to their province.

USA Customers

Delivery via expedited mail comes with a tracking number and takes 3 to 5 business days upon processing. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes that may occur within their own country. See below section on Sales Tax.

Orders shipped within Ontario, Canada are subject to applicable 13% HST sales tax:

USA and International customers are not subject to Canadian sales tax, but are responsible for tax and customs policies within their own country. Eyewear By Olga does not take responsibility for any duty fees, brokerage fees, shipping delays, or failure to receive shipment due to customs.

Overnight Shipping

There is no overnight shipping option provided on the online order form; however, if you would like your order to be shipped overnight, please notify us as soon as possible via email or phone, and we will give you a quote. Rates for this overnight shipping will vary depending on your geographical location.

Orders for overnight shipping must be placed before 1pm (EST) Tuesday to Friday (excluding Canadian holidays). We do not ship orders on weekends or Canadian holidays.

Overnight shipping may not be possible in some areas or for International Orders (outside of USA and Canada).

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and correct address for shipment
Packages that are refused at destination will be incur all shipping costs for the return shipment which will be deducted from any refunds given for the returned item
We do ship to PO Boxes only by Canada Post
Parcels are generally shipped within 24 - 48 business hours. If a product has been processed and you wish to cancel prior to the shipment being sent, you will incur an automatic $25 processing and restocking fee.
