Eyewear By Olga, a luxury eyewear retailer located in the heart of Port Credit, Mississauga was established in August 2011 with the basis of OLGA'S passion for fashion and eyewear.
Olga Trentin, a licensed optician and a proponent of independent eyewear, is widely recognized as the "Optical Guru." She offers expert advice on frame selection, possesses extensive knowledge of lenses, and provides honest opinions on eyewear and fashion. At her eyewear boutique, EYEWEAR BY OLGA, she specializes in personalized eyewear styling, available both virtually and in person. ‘BANE MIRA’ pays homage to Olga's parents, who always supported her career and helped make all her dreams come true. We currently have twelve styles, each available in two colours. In attempt to make the line feel more personal, Olga named each model after a member of her family.
Each frame is uniquely designed and made with Mazzuchelli acetate and Japanese hinges. Our styles are classic with colours complimenting many face shapes and skin tones, without compromising fit.
A Note From The Boss
Throughout my career, I had a vision to create a personal space where I could assist individuals in finding the perfect pair of glasses. Over time, I realized that I provided a special and unique service to my patients, many of whom became loyal clients. However, working under someone else's direction for years made me realize that my passion and drive exceeded the confines of an office where I had limited control. Hence, I made the decision in 2011 to embark on my own venture. I am deeply passionate about introducing people to new frame styles and forming personal connections with each client. There is a special kind of magic that occurs when I understand exactly what will suit someone best. EYEWEAR BY OLGA was born from a longing to create a safe and inclusive space for all eyewear enthusiasts, even those who may not have previously been excited about their glasses. I am dedicated to showcasing independent brands that I truly believe in, brands that are not widely available. I am thrilled to guide you through a journey of exploring genuine craftsmanship and helping you develop a love for your eyewear.
