Unused and brand new merchandise may be returned by contacting us within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original packaging with all original tags still attached and in its original condition. You will only be credited for a return after inspection of item. Eyewear By Olga retains the right to refuse any return if deemed used, worn, or damaged caused by client.
Return for Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return and refund you in full. Please read and follow the instructions carefully to obtain your refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise to let us know you want a refund. You can reach us by phone, by email, or through our website. We will email you a Return Authorization Tracking number to attach to your return form.
- Fill out the form enclosed in the original package. Or download it here.
- Send the return item(s) back with your original order number on the outside of the package and the original invoice included inside the package. You must send the return item back within 30 days of receipt. This means your package must have a tracking number with the date of return or it must be postmarked within the 30 day period. You will need to provide a tracking number for the shipment back to us.
- Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 5 business days. Once we have issued the refund, you will be notified by email. The processing time of this transaction may vary depending on your banking institution.
- If you are in the area and wish to return your item in person, you are welcome to drop by within business hours and we will be happy to process your return.

If you would like to exchange your item for another, you should make your new purchase immediately to ensure the merchandise you want is still in stock. We will refund your old purchase as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.
To order your exchange item, please read follow the instructions below carefully:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise to let us know you wish to exchange. You can reach us by phone, by email, or through our website.
- Place a new order for the merchandise you want by phone, by email, or on our website. You must pay for your purchase upfront. The shipping for your newly purchased item will be shipped out for free via standard shipping once we receive confirmation with the tracking number that for the return item that is being shipped back to us. Free shipping for Canadian orders only.
- Fill out the Merchandise Return Form enclosed in the original package of your first order or download from here.
- Send the return item(s) back with your original order number on the outside of the package and the original invoice included inside the package. You MUST send the return item back within 30 days of receipt. This means your package must have a tracking number with the date of return or it must be postmarked within the 30 day period. You will need to provide a tracking number for the shipment back to us. If you prefer, and you are in the area, you are welcome to bring your item to the store location and we will exchange your item there within the 30 day period described.
- Once we have received your return item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. When we have issued the refund, you will be notified by email. The processing time of this transaction may vary depending on your banking institution.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, providing it is not a sale item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
The following items are final sale:

- Used, worn or damaged goods (We retain the right to refuse any return if deemed used, worn, or damaged caused by client)
- International Orders
Unfortunately, Eyewear By Olga… does not offer returns on international orders (outside Canada or the USA).
*For refunds, we do not cover the cost of shipping back to us.
For exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of the shipping back to us, however, we do ship out your new and exchanged merchandise for free for Canada only. (See above Returns for Exchange section above for details).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. If a package was mailed out to an incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery and is returned, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the entire shipment.
