Do your products run true to size?
All products run true to size unless otherwise noted on the style. If you are still unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email and we'll be happy to help you out with any questions about size before you order.

Do you ship outside Canada and USA?
Yes, we currently ship to many countries in the world. Please see our Shipping Page for a list of places we ship to.

Can you ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO Addresses?
Yes, these orders will be shipped via Canada Post. 

What shipping options do I have?
Orders are usually processed within 24  - 48 hours, from there it depends on your location and the method of shipment you chose at checkout. See our Shipping Chart for estimated delivery time.

Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped and processed from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Do you have a brick and mortar shop I can shop at in person?
Yes we do.  Our shop is located at 1 Hurontario Street, Suite 5, Mississauga, ON. If you are in the area - we encourage you to drop by! We have licensed Opticians that can help fit you fit the perfect lenses according to your prescription and needs.

How do I track my order?
We're more than happy to assist you here.  Once you place your order on the site, you will receive an email pertaining to your choice of delivery and the tracking number if applicable. If you still have a question about your shipment you can send us an email using the Contact Form.  Don't forget to include your order number.  We'll respond to your email as quick as we can.  Usually within 24 hours.

Will you pay for customs fees?
No, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may apply once a shipment reaches your country.

Eyewear By Olga cannot control and is not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package. You are responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your customs office for more information.

By law we must declare all items at the actual sale price and cannot alter this amount in order to decrease international customs fees.  If you refuse a shipment from Eyewear By Olga, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to Eyewear By Olga. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise and shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Will I be charged tax on my purchase?
Sales tax is charged based on the customer's shipping address. For Canadian residents, you will be charged according to individual Provincial taxes. You can find the tax for your particular province in the "Sales Tax" section on our Shipping Page.  All other customers outside of Canada will not be charged sales tax.


Placing Your Order

How do I place an order?
It's easy, just browse the fab products in our unique, carefully selected and wonderfully curated fashion offerings on our home page, from the navigation menu, or if you know exactly what you are looking for - use our search box in the upper right corner.  When you find that fab item or piece that you just gotta have, add it to your shopping cart.  Then head over to the checkout.

If you want to check the fit of something, take a look at our Style Guide before you checkout. You can always call us if you are still not sure.  After you check out, you'll be asked for your email address and password (if you've shopped with us before), or you may continue to checkout as a "guest".  Choose which shipping method you prefer and choose how you wish to pay.

How do I set up an online account?
For now, the only way to set up an account is during the purchase process on the site. During the process, you will be asked if you would like to set up an account which will expedite all future purchases by filling in your previous information. Once your account is set up with a password, you will also be able to view your Purchase History by logging back into the site from the Homepage.

Can I place an order by phone?
Absolutely!  Call us at (905) 274-0077.  Orders by phone are accepted Tuesday to Saturday 11am – 6pm (EST)

What if I want an item that is sold out?
Send an email and we can put you on a list to be notified, just in case we restock the item you are looking for. Some frames that are not in stock are available to pre-order on our site. Those you may order before we have them in stock and we will ship them to you the moment they arrive.

How can I change my order?
Please contact us immediately via phone or email and we will do our best to change your order for you - but keep in mind, we usually process orders within 24 - 48 hours; if the order has already been processed we will be unable to make any changes.

How do I know my payment is secure?

When will you take payment for my order?

When you place your order, your credit card purchase will be authorized for the amount our order.  The actual payment will not be charged to your card until we've processed your order.

How do I know you've received my order?

About Returns + Exchanges

Can I return/exchange items?
You can return/exchange any regular priced unused, and unworn merchandise to our boutique within 7 days of receipt of your order. Download the Merchandise Return Form here.

Non-returnable Items.  The following items are final sale:
    •    Sale or discounted items (promo codes included)
    •    Gift Cards
    •    Gifts Purchased for others (A credit will be issued to the receiving party)
